Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Manage administrative and HR work for a small production company
• Manage internal Digital marketing,
• Coordinate and assist in execution and management of videos and social media campaigns
• Prepare production schedules and media buying plans.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in social media content generating and marketing.
• Possess basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite - Lightroom, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc..etc..
• Knowledge of Canva
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc)
• Possess at least a Diploma in Business adminstration or Digital Marketing or Mass Communication or Social Media-related fields
• Possess good time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Wechat & Tiktok) and micro sites.
• Knowledge of Social media analytics

1. Role Description

The Sales Executive will be involved in sourcing and securing new sales. You will be responsible for generating leads and enhancing the relationship between B2B and B2C.

2. Specific Responsibilities

-Developing and implementing sales strategies: You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes identifying new sales opportunities, creating sales plans, and managing the sales pipeline.

-Managing customer relationships: You will need to build strong relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on customer feedback.

-Analyzing sales data: Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make informed decisions about sales strategies and tactics.

-Collaborating with other departments: Work closely with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure that sales strategies align with overall business objectives.

-Staying up-to-date on industry trends: Stay current with industry trends and developments in Electric Vehicle, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
