Position Overview: As an Events Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of photo booth services at various events. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing on-site operations, and providing excellent customer service to clients and event attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Event Planning:Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations.
   Coordinate logistics, including equipment setup, transportation, and venue coordination.
   Create detailed event timelines and operational plans.
   
2. On-Site Operations:Oversee the setup and breakdown of photo booth equipment at events.
   Ensure all technical aspects of the photo booth are functioning correctly.
   Manage a team of on-site staff, providing guidance and support.
   Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during events.
   
3. Customer Service:Interact with clients and event attendees to ensure a positive experience.
   Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
   Provide assistance and guidance to individuals using the photo booth.
   
4. Quality Control:Monitor the quality of photos and prints to ensure they meet company standards.
   Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance to prevent technical issues.
   
5. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of event details, including setup and breakdown times, technical specifications, and client preferences.
   Prepare post-event reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
   
6. Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote photo booth services.
   Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve operational processes.
   

Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics activities from procurement until delivery.
Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location.
Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report
Filing of documents
Handle transportation arrangement and co-ordinations.
Monitor bonded (duty unpaid) cargoes, tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
Data entry for inventory management
Verification of goods receipt
Ensure that all stock inventory data are handled correctly and accurately to prevent inventory discrepancies
Assist in any other duties as required

Requirement:

Good team player, can do attitude and willingness to learn
Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, Lotus Notes
Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers
