RESPONSIBILITIES

BW Group is seeking an SOX Executive to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and controls, including identifying control design gaps and testing operating effectiveness of controls. Responsibilities:

1.The WSHO shall brief the Waste Infrastructure Operations and Management Division

4. Discuss the findings of his inspection with the plant supervisor in the Installations who is in

charge of the machinery, plant, equipment, appliance, process or manual labour, and report

such findings to the S.O. of the respective Installations.

5. Assist the plant supervisor in investigating into any accident which takes place within the

Installations arising from the use of such machinery, plant, equipment, appliance or manual

labour, and check the plant supervisor's report and the action taken to remove the causes of

the accident.

6. Investigate into every fatal accident and dangerous occurrence which takes place within the

Installations and any industrial disease contacted in the Installations.

7. Organise campaigns, training courses, competitions, contests and other activities which will

develop and maintain the interest of the person employed in the Installations in establishing
