Responsibilities:

• Enforces company rules and regulation and requirements of the Port Facility Security Plan
• Drafts and maintains company procedures and risk assessment, ensuring company procedures, risk assessments and instructions are followed and updated when necessary
• Oversees and troubleshoots Security systems under the security department such as CCTV system, access control gantries, barriers, etc
• Retrieves and stores CCTV footages required for investigation cases
• Maintains inventory of Security IT/OT devices and the status of each device
• Oversees the repairs and maintenance of Security IT/OT devices. This includes discussing with network and IT teams on activities that may affect regular security operations and coordinating steps to resolve vulnerability issues such as patch updates and others.
• Logs, reports and addresses Security IT/OT hardware and software faults to the correct party and follow up on each case under the issue has been resolved
• Assists Security Manager to review and update technology data risk assessment
• Collates and organizes information collated from Security Department Records such as Security Daily Reports, Cases Statistics, Patrol Findings & Detection Records, Leading & Lagging Statistics, Visitor Entry/Exit Logs, Outward Permit Records, etc.
• Develops and manages databases of Security related information
• Identifies and interprets trends or patterns that could lead to potential security exploits through data analysis
• Creates management dashboards to assist in tracking of departmental activity progress and quick generation of reports
• Performs other assignments as assigned by Security Manager

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant working experience performing technology-related work
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Power Automate, PowerApps, etc
• Good technical knowledge of computers, access control systems & devices, CCTV hardware and software and other common security, IT and OT equipment
• Has experience managing security IT/OT systems such as CCTV hardware / software, access control, biometric or card door and gantry systems, cark park barrier systems, Patrol Clocking devices, etc
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Physically fit to perform checks and inspection on tools, equipment and systems in yard operational areas, building and perimeter
• Able to single handedly resolve and converse with relevant IT departments or suppliers on physical security system issues

Job Scope

1. Perform completeness check on audit confirmation request form/online request from customers/auditors

2. Daily process/data input of customer request on timely and accurate basis

3. Verification of customer/auditor instructions against bank records.

4. Attend to enquiries from stakeholders pertaining to request handling.

5. Manage exception case sand escalate to team lead if necessary.

6. Reconciliation and all adhoc task

Requirements:

1. Min. Diploma and above qualifications
2. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word etc.)
3. Experience in loans / handling bank records will be advantageous

Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Seafreight Export Executive to join their seafreight team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.

Jobs Scope:

• Ensure timely and accurate ocean freight movement while adhering to service standards and local regulations.
• Manage communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding shipments.
• Address service issues proactively by providing follow-up and problem resolution for customers.
• Generate invoices and verify shipment-related charges within KPI timelines.
• Participate in projects focused on improving internal and external business processes.
• Perform tasks that add value to customer operations and adapt to process changes.
• Ensure customs declarations comply with Singapore regulations and procedures.
• Create and manage documentation for ocean exports.
• Oversee a team and ensure efficient execution of shipments according to ISO procedures.
• Maintain timely responses to customer inquiries and ensure proper documentation in the Transport Management System (TMS).

Requirement:

• Nitec and above.
• Minimum 1-4 years of working experience in the sea freight industry
