• To maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and to be replenished constantly.
• To assist in general typing duties.
• To assist in Stores supplies management during school holidays
• To support any other general admin duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Full GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level certificate or its equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in reception duties, preferably in a school environment.
• Good team player with high level of initiative.

Summary:

Contract Period: From 02 Jan 2025 – 31 December 2025.

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
