About The Opportunity

As a Patient Care Ambassador, you will be a key member of our Clinic and Medical Centre, being the face of the Medical Centre, as well as handling administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of our facility.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma certification in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Project Management and Enterprise Management knowledge preferred.
• Resourceful and able to do public speaking when handling events and projects.
• Conversant in English and any 2nd language with ability to converse in local dialect would be an advantage for elderly clients.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications especially in MS PowerPoint and MS Publisher.
• A good team-player with a passion to work with Seniors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Assist the Operations Manager in running and overseeing the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
• Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity.
• Provide on-the-job training to new staffs.
• Oversee the inventory of all food and beverages in an establishment.
• Able to prepare Hot and cold beverage with experience.
• To ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance.
• Perform any other work related tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in F&B sector or relevant.
• Basic Food Hygiene Or Food Hygein officer Certificate

Location: MacPherson
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm,Sat 9am to 3pm
Salary: $2800 - $3500

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and efficient workflow
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations and resolve production-related issues
• Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and compliant working environment
• Optimize production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials and components for production
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in manufacturing

Requirement:

• Related field; or releavant certifications is an advantages
• Experience as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems for production planning and control
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
