Responsibilities:

• Understand program dynamics and explore cross-unit business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement projects (CIPs) focusing on workplace safety, automation, process optimization, and productivity gains.
• Engage with customers through improvement projects, operational excellence meetings, and initiatives.
• Promote and sustain LEAN practices such as 6S and root cause analysis to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a contract logistics background preferred; Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
• Expertise in problem-solving, data analytics, and continuous improvement practices like LEAN, 6S, and Kaizen.
• Proficient in project management, meeting deadlines, and managing diverse expectations.
