About the role

Reporting to the BI Solutions Support Team Lead, this role will support internal stakeholders in Asia Pacific with all performance issues relating to back office BI applications, ensuring smooth operations while looking into potential process improvements.

Position Overview:

The Business Development and Relationship Executive will be responsible for identifying and establishing new donation booths and donation points in collaboration with corporate partners, shopping centers, Reits, Management Agencies and other relevant bodies and locations. • Collaborate with Finance for bi-weekly Accounts receivable report, and follow through with clients.

• Support Sales on Accounts receivable handling

• Liaise with Environment Engineers for constructive response to client’s queries

• Monitor KPI (service turnaround timeline) and escalate for prompt resolution.

Operations/ Office Administration

• Maintain smooth & efficient office and facilities operation

• Liaise with external vendors and monitor service maintenance contracts

• Liaise with IT Vendor for IT-related matters such as technical support and IT related assets

• All other Operations scope of work that may varies from time to time

Others:

• Handle all customer enquiries pertaining to Sales, Eco-Office and SGLS;

• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. auditors)

• Support all Company event (SEAA and SGA)

• Any adhoc task as and when assigned by your direct supervisor or the Management.

Job Title: Accounts Assistant (ID8255)
Location: Ubi, Singapore
Working Hour：Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm (Alternate Saturday)
Salary: $2500 - $2800

Job Description:
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in accounting software.
• Prepare month end closing and do bank reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• To validate Vendor invoices and posting invoices, process payments, claims and petty cash
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and accounts.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirement:
• At least 3 years of working experience
• Good Communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet reporting
