About ASEF Communications Department (COM)

COM promotes Asia-Europe cooperation by raising awareness and knowledge about ASEF, ASEM and Asia-Europe relations. Aimed at a diverse range of constituencies including the media and general public, COM’s activities foster greater mutual understanding between Asia and Europe. 3. Receive and process room bookings from internal (SACS/SAMH) and external parties

4. Working closely with Corporate Facilities to implement and review all health and safety requirements

1. To manage support staff’s roster including arranging for coverage due to medical leave, home leave, etc

1. Ensure Centre WiFi, computers, copiers, and other IT-linked systems are operational at all times

About the Role:
