Job Description:
- Processing and coordinating daily online orders, deliveries, and returns of customer orders for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc)
- All parcels are dispatched within the given deadlines, liaising with platform managers, logistic managers/dispatchers if required
- Replying to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- All customer reviews are reflected and reacted upon (e.g.: Late/damaged parcels, bad packaging, preparation for replacements, follow-up)
- Participation in sales campaigns (e.g. 6.6 sales, flash sales, etc)
- Managing monthly sales and promotions of platforms to meet monthly sales target
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory count across platforms
- Designing of marketing materials (sales banners, product banners, etc)
- Maintenance of SKUs under all
Additional duties of the E-commerce Executive include:
• Preparing monthly revenue reports for the accounts department
• Maintaining all supplies within the E-commerce office including office and packaging supplies
• Liaising with new platforms to expand market reach
• Recommending product pricing after factoring costs (commissions, products, and packaging materials)
• Optimising workflow within the E-commerce office. (e.g.: Reorganizing of product/supply
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing / E-Commerce/ Other relevant courses is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent customer service attitude and skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, emails
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure
- Cross-functional capabilities – the ability to be hands-on with all teams
- Detail and deadline-oriented
Working Day & Timing:
Working Day & Timing: 5.5 days work week
Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 1pm
Working Location: 2 Jurong Gateway Road
