Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering
• Familiar with tender, proposal and estimating process and with prior experiences
• Min 2 years experience with techno-commercial bids & tenders in marine & offshore fabrication for oil & gas industry
• Excellent Organisation, communication, negotiation skills
• Knowledge of contract law would be an added advantage

Handle full spectrum of Accounts

Preparation and issuance of invoices
Perform daily bank reconciliations
Perform month end closing procedures such as preparation of monthly AR/AP reports
Generating statement of accounts
Record incoming cash receipt and clearing AR
Annual preparation of P&L and provide credit and debit records statement to accounting firm for audit.
Match customers’ inward remittances against bank statements
Prepare AR aging analysis report and sales report
Consolidate of purchase order from all departments to do once a month purchasing.
Handling of petty cash for ad-hoc payment.
Other ad-hoc duties when required.

• Handling, checking, receiving and picking of goods via WMS system in multi-temperature environment
• Ensure accuracy of goods description and quantity upon put away in storage
• Assist in picking and processing all sales order by end of the day
• Proper housekeeping and maintaining of storage area and MHE assigned
• Daily cycle count prompted via system to ensure stock accuracy

We are seeking an Accounts Executive for our Singapore Office to support the Accounting Team. Candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects relating to the accounting functions to facilitate the closing of the full set of accounts (eg: GL, AP, AR, Bank reconciliation, Payroll & etc)

• Responsible for preparing month-end, quarter end and year-end closing schedules.

• Ensure inter-company transactions and balances are reconciled regularly.

• Review contracts & agreements, and follow-up with other counterparts.

• Prepare and ensure compliance with all tax filing requirement (GST, VAT & WHT) and ensure timely submission.

• Liaising with external auditors and tax agent on audit & tax requirements for the year-end statutory audit.

• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.

• Handling any other ad-hoc duties or operational issues requiring finance involvement as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA.

• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experiences.

• Possess a willing-to-learn attitude

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize workloads for maximum effectiveness.

• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.

• Proficient in Ms office and Excel.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 will be advantageous

• Preferable if able to commence work immediately

Remuneration:

• Basic Salary: starting from $2,500 depending on career

• Attendance Incentive: $200 monthly for good attendance! (No lateness or absences)

• Performance Incentive: $100 monthly depends on performance appraisal

• $10 meal allowance for overtime exceeding 2hrs

• 12 days Annual Leave per year
