Job Description
ยท Responsible for full spectrum of Account Receivable (External and Inter-companies) including perform monthly closing.
ยท Liaise with Customers, External auditors, Internal departments including Sales, Customer Service and Project.
ยท Ensure timely mailing of SOA
ยท Responsible for the administration, review and management of credit policies
ยท Evaluate credit worthiness of customers
ยท Develop and implement effective collections strategies
ยท Reporting on collections statistics
ยท Prepare and analysis of Cash forecast
ยท Ensure compliance with Company Internal Controls, Policies, Processes and Procedures
ยท Has initiative to take up challenges and resolve issues.
ยท Work cross-functionally with other departments
ยท Participate in various finance projects and initiatives
ยท Reviewing monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting packages
ยท Oversee External Audit - Liaise with external auditors for statutory audit.
ยท Prepare Financial Year end closing and reporting
- Review and submit year end reporting/schedules accurately and promptly
ยท Review and ensure timely submission of internal and external report as per stipulated timeline
ยท Ensure that transactions are accurate and posted in timely manner.
ยท Work on special projects/system enhancement and any other adhoc duties as and when instructed by reporting supervisor/Manager.
Job Requirement
ยท Diploma/Degree/ACCA holders with minimum 5-7 years of AR experience
ยท Hands on Oracle NetSuite accounting experience is advantageous.
ยท Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, CHARTS)
ยท Self-motivated, positive attitude and independence.
ยท Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
ยท Meticulous person who are reliable and highly-organized.
ยท Proactive behaviour and with eye for detail and accuracy

Job Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Other: Professional demeanor, with a positive attitude and customer service mindset.
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm with 30 Minutes Break
