• In charge of liaison with Shopping Malls’s Marketing team and redemption programs with Merchants for sales opportunities (seasonal gifting pitches) and for cross promotions.

• Responsible for client credit collection and for the overall invoicing process.

• Responsible for enquiries from corporate communications channels (website and social media)

Wholesales Sales:

• Work closely with the existing wholesalers/distributors and support the growth to reach the Sales target.

• Negotiate sales deal and ensure the implementation of our sales strategy.

• Provide timely commercial proposal and proactively look for new clients suitable to company positioning in assigned.

• Build effective account relationships.

• Monitor client’s credit status and review with Finance team.

• Consistently perform market research including proposed assortment, price and merchandising

Requirements:

• Candidate must be proactive and creative, able to purse new ideas to meet sales target. Excellent English, Mandarin is a plus for English & Chinese speaking people.

• 1-2 years’ experience in Wholesales/Corporate sales (Retail or F&B business is preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor AR ageing report and follow up on long outstanding receivables.
• Generate and send out reminders and Statement of Accounts to tenants.
• Compile and generate intercompany billings
• Generating of invoices to tenants (billings for rent, aircon, GTO rent, property tax and ad‐hoc billings.)
• Prepare month end AR closing reports.
• Cash bank in, bank reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec qualifications.
• Minimum 1-2 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Able to work in fast pace environment and meet tight deadlines.

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm

• Support Invoicing procedures including checking and tallying of delivery orders from sub-cons and suppliers.

• Answering of phone calls

• Assist in payment recovery (Accounts Receivables)

Operations:

• Monitoring of Road Tax / Insurance / LM / LG / COE

• Document scanning and filing upon receiving latest info.

• Support operations scheduling of drivers in office when necessary.

Upon familiar with current task, management of HR function including work permit application/cancellation/renewals.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least ‘O’/ N Levels Certificate

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Relevant experience in handling administrative work will be a plus point.

• Fresh graduates are welcomed. On the Job training will be provided

• Fluency in Mandarin and English will be advantageous as candidate will be required to communicate and support the clientele queries.
