Primary Responsibilities

2. Data entry for Journal Entries in accounting system

3. Perform reconciliation of bank and supplier statements

4. Handle general administrative work & other related duties

5. Assist in any ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent

2. Preferably with 3 years relevant working experience

3. Hands on experience in using Accounting System application.

4. Experience in using Dynamic 365 is an advantage but not essential

5. Proficient in MS office

6. Meticulous, Organized and a Team Player

7. Understanding and Experience in full set accounting

Responsibilities:

• Generate AR & AP invoices.
• Supervise balance sheet entries and pursue resolution of outstanding items.
• Assist in the closure of month-end accounts, including the input of GL entries.
• Contribute to the reconciliation of monthly intercompany balances.
• Support in the annual external audit process.
• Manage filing and track documents.
• Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned periodically.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma holder in Accounting or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years Full Set of Accounts experience
• Experience of Syspro Accounting System is a plus
