• Assist Future Students Department in developing effective Universities Partnership strategies
• Assist Future Students Department to follow up on the actions and requests by the Partnership Universities in China
• Process the documents in terms of MOU/Articulation Agreements with Partnership Universities
• Maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with all the Partners Universities in China
• Conduct the Partner Universities course curriculum mapping exercise for Advanced Standing.
• Collaborating with other departments in assessment and other exercises to support the development of partnership universities
• Communicating and collaborating with Marketing and Branding to support Partnership Universities
• Identify trends and insights to optimise expenditure and performance
• Provide ongoing updates and reports on the success of Universities Partnership and student outcomes
• Provide data analytics, statistical analysis and relevant strategic recommendations for the University Partnerships and outreach
• Provide marketing intelligence on marketing opportunities
• Coordinate and conduct market research and analysis to ensure the marketing activities are effectively informed, engaged and the influence on prospective students

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• High-level communication skills, English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
• Well-developed skills in networking and building relationships
• Deep understanding of culture and business protocols in China
• Skills in Microsoft Office software

Job Description:

• Address and follow up on customer quotation inquiries via email or phone calls.
• Timely submission of customer quotations through email or online platforms.
• Foster and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Provide Regulatory Support – handle online permit applications and maintain approvals in our ERP system.
• Oversee utility bill payments and coordinate office services efficiently.
• Coordinate office maintenance services and monitor office assets/equipment.
• Procure and manage office supplies, including stationery and refreshments.

Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Quick learner for our ERP system.
• Resourceful with a positive attitude.
• Preferably some experience in Customer Service.

• Generate leads through diverse channels.
• Assist the Business Development team with calls, compiling quotations, and preparing tender submissions.
• Ensure that all customer, lead, and interaction records are secured.
• Collaborate with other teams for effective task execution.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of business development/ corporate sales, preferably from engineering solution/ construction-related industry
