We are looking for an Admin Executive to join our growing team at our Punggol Safra outlet on weekends.

As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for administrative duties such as:

• Upkeep orderliness and cleanliness of centre related facilities (e.g. Toys, swimming equipment, inventory, etc)

• Follow the SOP and fill up the checklists provided at the centre

• Check attendance records

• Follow up on students’ Make up related matters with HQ team

• Follow up on operation matters (e.g. Parent enquiries, concerns, etc) through the centre phone
