Your Main Job Scope:

- Build and enhance the Heritage brand with your bright and happy personality so as to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.

- (After proper training) Take charge of a sector and move between buildings to handle check-ins and check-outs - you must be fit and like being on the go! You can clock as many as 30k steps in a day!

- Develop and maintain positive relations with guests via regular and proactive communication. You will be expected to ask guests to provide you written feedback on your performance.

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Description:

• Oversee the daily operation and function of the Factory. Enforcing company policies as well as government's law and regulation at all time.
• Manage Factory Supervisor and Factory Workers, take note of their welfare and complaint if any and manage their performance and conduct.
• Manage factory inventory and production and ensure meeting the company’s monthly target include the arrangement for shipment out to our customer.
• Manage quality control on product manufactured and ensure products is kept in the right temperature at all time.
• Manage the maintenance /upkeep of all facilities/equipment in the factory and ensure hygiene and cleanliness of factory environment at all time
• Ensure safely in the factory environment and implementation of First Aid / CPR / Workplace Safety and Health / Risk management of the workplace.
• Liaison with supplier on factory supplies matters.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Food Science / Engineering / Operation Management
• Minimum 3+ years previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally, within a food production environment
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, relevant regulations, health and safety requirements, auditing requirements and relevant legislation
• Experience in LEAN manufacturing and delivering change, as well as implementing continuous improvement
• Strong team leader with a drive to deliver quality outcomes with efficiency and with a passion for continuous process improvement
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, analysis, decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate ability to lead, train and develop diverse team
• A hands-on leader with a can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with department heads and HQ.
• Possesses valid Forklift License

• Conduct administrative and operational tasks of the Training Centre
• Liaise with learners, trainers and related departments & organisations to ensure programmes run smoothly
• Manage administrative work (Attendance, preparation of course materials and course enrolment process etc)
• Coordinate and oversee training schedules to ensure adherence to SOPs
• Supports and contributes to the company's continuous improvement and training programs.

Learner’s Management

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute effective strategies for promoting training courses and maximizing enrollment rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Provide quality customer experience through understanding of their queries and needs through email, walk-in and calls
