Summary

Guest Services Executive focuses on customer service and foster relationships with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are met. He/She is responsive to activities that take place at the Front Office area and is a point of contact for guest upon their arrival until their departure from the hotel. Responsibilities:

• Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
• Extract data and provide analysis for management using relevant accounting information systems or software.

• Handle site inventory and Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers to avoid excess stock and make sure CM stock and Open PO with Suppliers (OPO) are able to cover the demand according to supply lead time.
• Regular checking of supplies/CM on the critical components supply schedule, manage CM proactively sourcing for alternative source of supply to ensure continuity of production.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with factories and perform as functional bridge between outsource partners and the internal stakeholders to achieve the corporate targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of planning/supply chain experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in VLOOKUP and Pivot table and Power BI.
