Job Responsibilities:

1. Loading and unloading of goods from trucks and deliver to proper location
2. Receiving, picking, sorting & prepare for delivery
3. Picking and Packing while maintaining stocks location are in order
4. Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
5. Inbound and outbound
6. Operate heavy machinery like forklift to move and store inventory
7. Ensure workspace is free from debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
8. Work as a team to complete team goals
9. Ensuring inventory is processed, organized & stored in proper location

11. Other Ad-hoc warehousing duties when required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Well organised, Motivated & a team player
• Familiarity with inventory software and databases
• Able to operate forklift & reach truck with valid forklift license
• Computer and SAP knowledge
• Able to work independently
• Pay attention to details and monitor the quality of inventory

About the Role:

This position is an integral part of the team and is mainly responsible for Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis and Treasury functions. He/she need to also perform other duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

Roles and responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare actual and budget/forecast financial reporting and presentation, including improve the template when needed.
• Perform variance analysis and document commentaries on financial results for the respective business and operation units.
• Partner with business teams to support business decisions & strategy.
• Ensure each business and operation units costs are being forecasted and accounted properly for before month end close.
• Assist to manage outsource service provider related to month end reporting package.

Intercompany transactions Management

• Ensure agreements are in place and maintain inter-co agreement listings up to-date.
• Update intercompany recharges template for corporate function.

Treasury Matters

• Support in preparing daily cash flow report.
• Manage hedging operations, evaluation, and monitoring of daily rates.
• Support in other Treasury matters.

Others

• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, internal control procedures and accounting policies.
• Review existing processes and drive for continuous improvements.
• Perform other duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

Seeking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our growing team and handle the financial and administrative operations for both our Hong Kong and Singapore portfolios. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth functioning across various areas, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, expense management, and administrative support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Day to day accounting function: AR/ AP/ bank reconciliation
• Prepare vendor payments vouchers
• Update comments on accounts receivable daily, follow up with customers regarding payment to ensure timely payment of debts
• Handle disputed accounts and negotiate to bring suppliers/ customers into line with agreed terms
• Provide support with generating all invoices on monthly basis, ensuring that the appropriate tax rate is applied and charged on all invoices
• Prepare month end closing entries/ schedules
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Prepare VAT reconciliation to GST reconciliation
• Assist in audit and any office/ employees related renewals.
• Perform other finance & administrative responsibilities as necessary

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications with minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of Singapore corporate and tax requirements
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Adaptable and independent worker with a high level of integrity
• Good computer skills/proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities:

• Handles daily BAU of Middle Office to ensure all transactions are done within SLA.
• Adhered to all guidelines, policies and procedures at all times. Updates SOP and SPI when there are changes.
• Ensure onboarding document checklists are complete and updated.
• Process, check and authorize transactions.
• Ensure issues, complaints and backlogs are escalated and reported on time

Qualifications:

• Degree in a related field preferably (Banking, Business, Finance and related fields)
• Minimum Basic Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or Accountancy or with minimum of two (2) years operations related working experience in the financial industry
• Experience in client on-boarding with strong exposure to corporate/non-individual clients
• Good working knowledge on Private Banking suite of products and familiarity with the supporting business processes
• Good understanding and knowledge of operational risks and controls
• Dependable, able to handle front-office queries and can multi-task

Requirements
