Job Description
Ā· Co-ordination in recruitment activities
Ā· Responsible for onboarding and offboarding
Ā· Monthly payroll administration
Ā· Prepare and submit statutory contributions and claims (CPF, Income Tax, Profamily claims)
Ā· Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
Ā· Administration of Work Pass Management
Ā· Maintaining HR database
Ā· Manage Group Employee Insurance plan
Ā· Co-ordination in travel arrangement (Book flight and accommodation upon receipt of travel requests)
Ā· Plan and organize staff recreational/team bonding activities
Ā· Assist in Training and Development
Ā· Assist in provision of HR related report
Ā· Prepare statistics for all government surveys and questionnaires
Ā· Purchase and stock up pantry items and stationery
Ā· Handle annual maintenance contracts with vendors
Ā· Verify vendors invoices, quotations and department filing
Ā· Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Ā· Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant field
Ā· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Ā· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ā· Able to multi-task and work independently
Ā· Self-driven and initiative
Ā· Familiar with Singapore Labour Law
Ā· Knowledge in Unit 4 Prosoft HR System will be an added advantage
Ā· Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
