The Contact Centre Manager's key role is to ensure optimal operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in the provision of Contact Centre services.

Responsibilities

· Lead a team of contact centre agents to hit the team’s KPIs

· Prepare statistics and reports

· Ensure the operational efficiency of Contact Centre

· Appointment and turn-up management for customers

· KPI tracking and reporting on a daily and weekly basis

· Monthly KPI reporting to management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shipping Agency Operations Manager to oversee our shipping operations and ensure seamless cargo handling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general cargo operations, stevedoring, and bunkering services, along with excellent relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of shipping agency operations, including planning, execution, and optimization of general cargo operations.
• Supervise stevedoring activities to ensure efficient loading and unloading of cargo.
• Coordinate bunkering services, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers, including those offering truck cranes, floating cranes, barges, and other related services.
• Oversee logistics planning and execution for all cargo movements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping agency operations, with a focus on general cargo and stevedoring.
• Proven experience in bunkering services and related operational processes.
• Strong network and relationships with general cargo-related suppliers and service providers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for logistics management.
