• Handle change requests from clients, subconsultants, and contractors.
• Supervise all architectural teams involved in the project and ensure proper coordination across all disciplines (e.g., architectural, structural, M&E, medical planning, interior design, and landscaping).
• Oversee the review of shop drawings, RFIs, material samples, and method statements.
• Collaborate with the design team to address design and coordination matters.
• Monitor on-site work progress and resolve any arising issues.
• Establish site office operational requirements with the contractor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, and construction practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with both design and site teams.

- Supervise and monitor WSH monthly reports and take a lead to close any negative findings.

Overall Operations Projects Supervision

- Delegate the respective task to the respective section leads by determining a schedule.

- Receive any escalation from the section leads upon any potential delay or obstacles.

- Provide the respective section leads with the relevant advice and guidance for their clear understanding.

- Schedule and arrange any internal session for internal alignments in case of any potential issues, especially the severe ones.

Operations Resource Planning

- Come up with operations manpower resource planning.

- Conduct recruitment interviews in case of additional manpower resources to bring into the operations team.

- Exercise any warning session(s) or termination session(s) related to the respective section leads

Warehouse P/L Control

- Analyse monthly department P/L starting from sales revenue, direct cost, indirect cost up to gross profit with the direct superior.

- Come up with some proposals to improve our sales or/and cost for further discussion and finalisation with the direct superior

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a managerial position in 3PL Warehouse operations.

- Experience in managing large warehouse operation team

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team & be responsible for the IT application project deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Drive the IT project lifecycle, including project budgeting, resource planning, documentations, etc
• Manage procurement activities, prepare tender specifications for publishing, evaluate and recommend potential solutions and/or vendors
• Responsible for the end to end software development projects including plan, design, development, testing, debugging, implementation, etc

Requirements
