• Integrate sustainability in all projects and providing support to group /region ESG initiatives.

Management Reporting

• Manage quarterly Procurement reporting, including but not limited to Dashboard, Spends Analysis, Procurement Project Reports, etc.
• Regular update and communicate with local senior management team on procurement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 to 8 years of professional working experience with minimum 4-5 years in Indirect Procurement functions ~ HR, Marketing, Events, IT, Facilities etc.
• Good understanding of procurement processes; with indirect categories management experiences and/or in luxury environment a plus
• Strong communication and project management skills to support and effectively manage stakeholders spans across SEAO (SG, MY, TH, VN, AU & NZ) and/or cross-functional teams including presentation and negotiation abilities, able to drive initiatives and deliver concrete results.
• Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and on time.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for APAC Finance – Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam.
• Finance Manger for Singapore and oversee the region.
• Finance duties for Singapore such as approving sales order release, approving payments, approving supplier invoices, customer/vendor creation/amendment, approve agents commission and customers rebate
• Monthly closing for these countries with respective Country Finance Leads
• Review of monthly financials such as sales, gross margin and expenses
• Review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations such as bank and petty cash
• Approval of monthly manual journal entries
• Approval of debit and credit notes
• Preparation of monthly APAC Management Meeting Powerpoint Slides
• Approval and submission of withholding tax, goods and service Tax
• Responsible for annual external audit and filing of corporate income tax computation
• Responsible for annual budget exercise
• Responsible for annual transfer pricing questionnaire exercise
• Lead MES (Major Exporter Scheme) renewal every 5 years.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Submission of annual and half-yearly Letter of Representation to Group
• Liaison with internal stakeholders such as group treasury, internal audit, tax and compliance
• Liaison with external stakeholders such as bankers, external auditor, tax agents and government statutory boards such as IRAS, EDB
