Reporting to the Senior Accountant to support the Accounts Payable, Expense & Cashfow function of the Company & its subsidiaries. The role encompasses a comprehensive range of Accounts Payables functions, including, but not limited to, processing invoices for payment to suppliers, data entries in accounting systems, preparing payments, liaising with suppliers to address invoices/ payment issues and period end closing activities which includes maintaining audit schedules on a monthly basis . This role would also be required to handle fixed assets management and reconciliation and cashflow planning to ensure sufficient fund for payments. The candidate must be versatile and willing to accept job rotation to other accounting functions such as Accounts Receivable and other ad-hoc finance-related projects when necessary.

Responsible for supporting the EAM, Sales & Marketing / Director of Catering in securing and maximising all sales opportunities from determined market segments to achieve department goals and objectives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the development of clientele based on existing accounts.

• Solicit for new accounts from existing or/ and new market segments to enlarge business opportunities

• Establish a regular call pattern for meeting with principles of target markets.

• Follow up on business leads to maintain a good business conversion rate

• Negotiate on good rates with customers so as to maintain a high average check

• Keep good relations with customers for repeat business

• Maintain regular contact with the Marriott Global Sales Offices and where appropriate submit sales leads within the Marriott network.

• Forecast, analyse and report Sales and Profit results.

• Assist the Director of Catering in developing strategic sales plans, detailing sales distribution plans, trade shows and other promotional opportunities in order to meet the hotels overall strategic plan.

• Establish an understanding for Marriott policy and procedures. Develop and maintain a good working with all GSO’s and actively sources Team Hot leads for other Marriott properties.

• Effectively measure and report on a timely basis, sales results with updated strategies and competitor information to the Director of Catering.

• Maintain regular contact with key contacts in the appropriate market segments including site inspections and sales calls.

About the Role

• Effectively lead in business process improvement and ERP (SAP) enablement initiatives
• Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with the client teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes.
• Define ‘To-Be’ stage of processes, solution application requirement and performance measurements.
• Conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes.
• Lead change for large scale multi-site ERP Implementation (SAP), and other related transformational change efforts, including but not limited to efficiency and effectiveness initiatives; organizational restructurings; organizational capabilities development.
• Support pursuit team with gaining access to tenders, build proposals, win work and deliver projects.

About You

• A recognised bachelor’s degree qualification
• Minimum 4 years and above of relevant experience in SAP module, or similar capacity in advisory or technology consulting workspace
• Demonstrates ability as a workstream lead with extensive knowledge and understanding of SAP application-based solutions and proficiency in end-to-end integration with other functional modules
• Demonstrates success with identifying and addressing client needs by building, maintaining, and utilising networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; and, preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
• Ability to develop, implement and support complex business processes in an SAP environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s invoicing duties, collaborating with various departments to consolidate information for invoicing and ensuring prompt billing
• Retrieve various customers’ cheques and prepare the necessary bank deposit slips
• Update/Maintain accurate cash book records and prepare the necessary Accounts Receivable (AR) reports
• Process the company’s AR receipts, checking against the payments with issued invoices
• Reach out to customers regarding any payment discrepancies, and follow up on any overdue payments
• Generate the necessary intercompany invoices when tasked
• Record and post the necessary receipt journals into the company’s system
• Review company staff claims against company policy before proceeding with payments
• Prepare the necessary documents for company staff salaries and claims

Role: Application Development Manager

You will support the development, implementation and lifecycle management of the process data collection, management, and reporting infrastructure. Job Scope

Requirements

• Understanding of Osisoft PI Architecture and essential components.
• Proficient in Osisoft PI products required, SQL database or similar, or System Design and Maintenance
• Proficient in project management principles and project lifecycle phases
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, network and database concepts
• Knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA regulated facility (preferred, not essential)
• Werum PAS-X/Aspen/Syncade, Siemens MES (Camstar / Opcenter / Simatic IT) product hands-on experience for full application configurations including interface with SAP and automation systems
• Emerson DeltaV DCS experience and DeltaV Batch experience required
• Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site.
