Job description
Responsibilities
· Update invoice received in AP Invoice Register
· Circulate invoices to Production/Subcon for invoice verification/approval
· Liaise with Procurement or PR requestor on any discrepancies/issue Ensure all details in invoices are correct and in order and perform invoice matching| data upadte in JDE software
· Prepare payment for invoices
· Perform monthly Creditor's Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation and RNV report Reconciliation
· Prepare Accrual Listing for month end closing
· Prepare invoices to client, and back charge invoices to subcontractors
· Update collection and prepare milestone reports
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior
Requirements
· Degree in Accountancy / Diploma in Accountancy
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the MARINE/ O&G industry
. JDE software using exp.
· Able to work independently with initiative to inquire and minimum supervision
· Possesses positive attitude and able to multi-task and work in a team
· Flexible, pro-active, result-driven, team player with high level of team awareness
· Hardworking and meticulous in the work and able to take ad-hoc tasks from time to time
· Chinese speaking is required to communicate with the Chinese speaking stakeholders, vendors, workers from China
· Immediate availability will be given first priority.
Job Related Information
Permanent, Contract jobs | 5 days’ work week | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, you may need to work Saturday (8am-12pm) once or twice in a month due to business ops. requirements| Reporting Officer: VP, Finance Department.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Basic Salary: will be based on skills and experience
- OT pay entitlement: OT Flat rate S$8/- per hour
