Job Description:

The CEO of Mansion 7 will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure Mansion 7 remains a leader in the luxury/hospitality industry. The CEO will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth while maintaining the unique character, elegance, and quality associated with Mansion 7. The role requires a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of high-end hospitality or luxury sectors and an ability to innovate, expand, and oversee multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement strategic plans to advance Mansion 7's mission, vision, and long-term profitability.
   Collaborate with the Board of Directors on business growth opportunities, market expansion, and new ventures.
   Shape and uphold Mansion 7’s luxury brand identity and reputation.
2. Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments (e.g., front-of-house, back-of-house, guest services, marketing, and finance).
   Drive operational efficiencies while ensuring a world-class guest experience.
3. Financial Stewardship:Manage the overall financial performance of Mansion 7, including budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
   Lead initiatives to improve profitability while maintaining the high standards of luxury expected from guests and clients.
4. Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team.
   Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among all employees.
5. Business Development:Explore and implement new revenue streams, partnerships, or market expansions that align with the luxury brand.
   Identify trends and opportunities within the hospitality or luxury sector to ensure Mansion 7 remains competitive.
6. Brand and Customer Experience:Maintain and enhance Mansion 7’s reputation as a leading luxury destination by consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
   Oversee marketing, public relations, and customer outreach initiatives to promote Mansion 7 in targeted markets.
7. Stakeholder Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and the Board of Directors.
   Serve as the primary representative and spokesperson for Mansion 7.
   

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO or senior executive role in the hospitality or luxury industry.
   Proven track record in managing luxury brands, hotels, restaurants, or high-end service businesses.
   Experience overseeing large-scale operations and managing diverse teams.
2. Automation: Experience with technology and be able to innovate software AI solutions to improve Mansion 7's operations and productivity as well as enable the overall industry with cutting edge solutions.
3. Education: A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or MSc) or an advanced qualification in management or leadership or technology is required.
4. Skills and Competencies:Visionary Leadership: Ability to provide clear strategic direction and inspire the entire organization.
   Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit maximization.
   Operational Expertise: Deep knowledge of day-to-day operations in luxury or hospitality sectors.
   Brand Stewardship: Experience managing and growing a luxury brand while ensuring consistency in guest experiences.
   Innovative Thinking: Ability to drive innovation and implement new ideas to keep the business competitive.
   Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and represent Mansion 7 at high-level forums.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Chartering

· Chartering out the vessels operated by company

· Chartering in vessels from the market for company’s own cargoes & program.

· Calculating owner estimate for charter in/out (Voyage Charter, COA, TC)

· Preparing in principal approval for charter in/out to management.

· Preparing tender summary for charter in/out.

· Negotiations, preparation of fixture recaps and charter parties.

· Through knowledge of charter party clauses, terms, and their implications.

· Maintain and update and manage the list of all potential customers, brokers and ship owners who are potential customers of the company.

· To liaise with brokers, owners, charterers, logistics service providers alike on a regular basis to understand market sentiment and competition.

· Keep abreast of the latest fixtures and market sentiment by word of mouth (including telephone) and reading market reports.

· Market development and customer relationship management and network development with traders, cargo owners and vessel owners.

Operation

· To ensure proper operation of controlled vessels during employment TC or spot and maximize performance, time charter equivalent (TCE), always following global standards and international regulations.

· Undertake voyage planning to meet international regulation and charter party.

· Respond to vessel issues, customers’ requests, terminal, agent

· Communicating with charterers, brokers, agents and vessels regarding voyage orders, vessel itineraries, etc.

· Handle bunker and route optimisation.

· To ensure vessel deployment, operations improvement, and cost optimisation.

· Provide voyage instructions to vessels, review stowage planning, coordinate agency appointments, review PDAs and FDAs, monitor vessel cargo operation, at sea and in port.

· Monitor vessel performance during voyages i.e. speed and consumption.

· Handle questionnaires, certificates, LOIs, LOPs, and all relevant supporting data.

· Update company database with required information with regards vessel and voyage performance.

· Assist in ship chartering issue i.e disputes, claims, computation for freight, demurrage & laytime, and other claims.

· Responsible for following up on post fixture activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bahelor's Degree or equivalent. Bachelor in Ocean Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering, with 5-8 years experience in Shipping Chartering/Operation tanker vessels

· Good knowledge of Charter Party terms.

· Good knowledge in freight cost and charter hire calculations

· Good negotiation skills and have a good understanding of market conditions.

· Good planning and execution skills in voyage operations.

· Conversant with Master, Agent, Charterer, Terminal, and other requirements.

· Able to work irregular hours to attend and ensure timely operation is in compliance to charter party.

· Proficiency in English both written and spoken, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

· Data entry and responsible for proper filing, reporting, and sorting of operation documents.

Job Type : Full Time, Contract Basis

Expected Salary : Sgd XXXXX/month (will commensurate according to experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all key aspects of AR function
• Record of Export Bills from customers.
• Review on AR aging and prepare monthly sales report and AR report.
• Maintain cashbook for transactions and perform month end reconciliation.
• Record and maintain trade finance transactions in Excel.
• Checking on invoices for trading transactions and perform posting of invoices into accounting system.
• Prepare journal entry, Audit, GST filling
• Prepare quarterly management report to banks.
• Prepare Statistic Survey from government as and when required.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma and above.
• 3 years and above and related working experience
• Knowledge of Trade Finance will be an advantage.
