Responsibilities:

• To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
• Verify calculations and input codes into the Accounting system in an accurate manner.
• To prepare payment and in the form of cheques and/or T.T remittance.
• To generate profit and loss and balance sheet monthly
• To maintain and reconcile Bank Statement.
• To ensure all regulatory filing (such as GST) is done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Do filing and any other administrative duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy qualifications with minimum one working year experience
• Good communication skills, Highly independent and self-motivated.
• Working knowledge of any accounting software stipulated in IRAS website would be an advantage.

Looking for a reliable professional, providing a day to day operations in FAB inventories receipt, storage, issuance and transportation of materials.

• Oversee the FAB spare/ chemicals / inventories stores – upkeep with good house-keepings, periodic cycle counts. Maintain the inventory database, ensuring timely and accurate recordings.
• In charge of day in day out logistics operations.
• Co-ordinate with co workers and on the movement of FAB materials across IME Premises. Must work closely with the FAB purchasing and operation teams on all logistic needs.

Requirements

Education: Degree in engineering discipline. Preferably in supply chain logistic/ warehouse operations.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of warehouse operations
• Engineering background with wide contacts with semicon. material suppliers, equipment vendors.
• Strong knowledge-based on excel skills and some knowledge of supply chain analytics.

Requirements:
