As a Customer Service Officer, you act as the first point of contact for customers to resolve or escalate issues for resolution. You also perform administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Attend to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints via phone, email or in-person.

· Check and monitor CCTVs for discrepancies, system issues and incidents.

· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to escalate car park cases to the Operations or Technical teams.

· Monitor incident queues and work with operational teams to ensure escalated cases are resolved within the required service levels and customer requirements.

· Perform investigations and process refunds for customers.

· Perform administrative tasks related to customers data such as service reports etc.

· Monitor and track manpower deployment for Operations and Technical teams.

Requirements

· At least GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.

· At least 2 years of working experience in the customer service or call centre roles.

· Required to work rotating shifts due to 24/7 operations of control centre.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word).

• In charge of front desk admin and serving duties
• Answer telephone calls from customers with a professional attitude & in line with call quality & productivity requirements.
• Attending to queries and feedback
• Assist visitors with more information
• Assist visitors if they have a problem going through the turnstile
• The first representative of the building when people enter the building
• Any other duties and perform concierge support duties as assigned by the superior

Position Summary

The Merchant Operations (MO) team is part of the Customer Service and Operations division in NETS. This team is responsible for verifying and onboarding customers onto NETS internal systems.

The Project officer will be tied to the Records Remediation project and will report to the Merchant Operations – Project Lead.

Key Responsibilites

• Receive files and documents containing past merchant records from vendor
• Sorting and repacking of files and documents based on established criteria
• Scanning required documents according to the established process and ensuring quality and correctness

• Maintain document integrity & security

Requirements

• GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience

• Prior experience with document digitization projects (transition from hardcopy to softcopy) will be an advantage

• Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines

• Conscientious & team player

• Good interpersonal & communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive enrolment strategies, including rigorous market research, targeted analysis and strategic planning.
• Organize and manage various admissions events such as open houses, information sessions, and campus tours.
• Maintain and optimize the school's database, diligently following up on prospective student and parents inquiries
• Collaborate in crafting compelling admissions collateral, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns.
• Effectively engage with prospecctive students and paretns, providuing detailed insights into our curriculum, extracurricular offerings, and adressing inquireis promptly.
