Job Description:

• Updating customer receipts into system on daily basis
• Generating weekly accounts receivables aging analysis to follow up on overdue payments
• Sending invoices, debit notes and credit notes to customers via email and to customer's portals, and any discrepancy detected during invoice uploading must be resolved ASAP
• Sending monthly statement of accounts to customers on a timely basis
• Managing relationship with customers, including attending to queries and resolving disputes
• Managing credit control to avoid bad debts
• Prepare credit note instructions and write-off related documents for management approvals
• Creating onboard of new customers in to system and Maintain credit limit and terms
• Maintaining proper filing of sales invoices, debit and credit notes, proof of receipts,etc.
• Issuing tax invoices, debit notes and intercompany billings document
• Archive old documents to third party warehouse
• Handling petty cash for retail shops
• PIC for discrepancies in payment related issue’s with retail shop payment modes
• Assisting in audits with internal & external auditors related to accounts receivable activities
• Assisting in month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Prepare quarterly GST report and reconciliation with supporting schedule
• Overall provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and provide accounting support to the accounting department (e.g., assist to meet month end closing and reporting deadlines)
• Assist on other ad-hoc activities

Job Requirements

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

Able to independently:

• Enter client’s medical appointments in system
• Monitor clients’ movement.
• Plan daily transport schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operational AP/AR tasks
• Preparation of financial statements to meet statutory requirements and in compliance with the FRS
• Review of journal postings, schedules and financial reports prepared by the team
• Conduct reconciliation of intercompany balances

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Provision of compliance advisory to support the business
• Supporting and leading the implementation of regulatory changes
• Reviewing company's policies and procedures and carrying out compliance monitoring
• Reviewing risk framework as required, whilst taking a commercial and practical approach to risk-based challenges and offer appropriate solutions
• Supporting/Conducting internal reviews and audits
• Ensuring reporting requirements from MAS are done accurately and in a timely manner in supporting the regulatory compliance and make regulatory SGX filings
• Assisting in the application process for the appointment of new directors to the Board
• Act as the main liaison officer between MAS, SGX, Trustees, and Company Secretary

Requirements:

• Minimum 21 year of experience and above
• Degree holder in relevant studies
• Knowledge of SFA and SGX regulations

Job Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operation for accounts payable and receivable.

• Work closely with the AR team to understand customer billing and collection process

• Process and posting of AR-related entries into accounting system· Handle customers' enquires on payment related issues

• Ensure invoices from suppliers/inter-companies/staff claims are recorded accurately and timely into the financial system

• Check that invoices/expenses are properly authorized and process payment accordingly

• Recognise expenses in a timely, consistent basis in line with the accounting treatment

• Assists the team in the month-end closing.

Qualification and requirements

• Diploma in Finance and Accounting or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years of accounting/finance experience

• Candidates who have experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable is an added advantage

• A keen learner and possess a positive working attitude

• Computer literate & proficient in MS Office.

• Able to start work immediately or with a short notice period
