Accounting
- Support the Accounts department in bookkeeping and handling of incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Keeps track of project milestones and issue prompts to accounts supervisor.
- Maintain up-to-date accurate billing and collection status.
Administration
- Ensure that the projects list is up to date, accurate and is able to pull together information quickly to assist the team with administrative tasks relating to tender bids.
- Data entry for information tracking.
- Maintaining an effective filing system.
- Ensures that the office is running smoothly and is able to use initiative to solve day to day issues.
- Other ad hoc tasks within the administrative spectrum.
HR
- Prepare employment contracts
- Apply for work passes when required
- Ensure leave applications are provided and recorded accordingly
- Prepare monthly salary & CPF submission
Essentials
- Good computer literacy skills
- Good command of English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, with attention to detail
