Qualification & Experience Generally Required

• GCE `0" / `A' Level or its equivalent
• Must be computer literate
• Possess good communication skills
• Good organising skills
• Good proactive approach
• Good personality skill

Responsibilities :

1. Monthly management account preparation
2. Production of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow status
3. Accounts Receivable – Complete and maintain sales invoices and reports
4. Accounts Payables – Recording and payment
5. Time sheet compilation for revenue recognition
6. Liaising closely with Forefront China related company for intercompany reconciliation every month
7. Balance sheet schedule and reconciliation including Accruals & prepayments
8. Prepration of consolidation pack for review
9. Bank reconciliation, posting and balance
10. Wages, petty cash and other journal posting
11. Daily bank receipts postings
12. Liaising with tax agents and auditors for tax and audit matters
13. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Department

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): SAP, AccPac, MYOB.
• MYOB skill preferred
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
