• Respond to external vendors and internal stakeholders’ queries regarding all aspects of the accounts payable process
• Month-end closing activities (eg, accruals, variance analysis, clearing of accounts)
• Any other ad-hoc requests

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of experience handling Accounts Payable and Month-end closing activities
• Familiar with SAP and Concur

Job Scope:

Accounts (AP/AR) - West, Tuas

• Handle / Assist full-set of accounting function
• Update financial detail into accounting function
• Support on month-end closing
• Manage journal entries
• Prepare for audit schedules
• Check & verify on payment
• Prepare GST return
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Assist in tax filings
• Assist in preparation of audited financial statements
• Ad hoc assignments

Accounts (Treasury) – North, Canberra

• Monitor and update bank files.
• Update daily cashflow forecast.
• Monitor and control loan withdrawal / repayment.
• Maintain various bank advices
• Reconcile bank statements for accuracy.
• Process payments to 3rd parties, inter-company, and employees.
• Prepare bank mandates for transactions.
• Verify and submit Banker’s Guarantee applications.
• Maintain bank information templates and payee details.
• Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities.

Job Requirement:
