Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that refunds are processed completely, accurately, and in a timely manner
• Reconcile payment transfers.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for refund processes and other similar matters.
• Review current refund processes and implement any new work processes for refund automation plans to current processes
