Contract period- 12 months
Main Responsibilities :
• Perform various daily/monthly/recurring BAU P&L control tasks owned by SME team to maintain the quality and accuracy of P&L reporting
• Support UAT process in relation to Resiliency Plan project and follow-up on issues noted during testing
• Assist in streamlining or enhancing existing processes to improve efficiency
• Provide other ad-hoc admin and operational supports: preparation of deck, minutes taking, SOP documentation, etc.

• Good understanding of ALMT products and their P&L reporting
• Strong data processing and analytical skill
• Good project/tasks/time management skill
PERSONAL QUALITIES: (e.g. attributes, attitudes etc)
• Proactive and independent learner who is able to complete tasks under minimal guidance and supervision
• Good team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Genuine interest in Finance/Accounting with drive to learn
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Have been in the industry for 1 or 2 years at least.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance/ Business/Economics
• Prior experience working in similar function (Product Control/P&L analyst)
• General knowledge in standard financial products and bank front-to-back chain
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Excellent Excel, Words and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in VBA is preferred
• Prior experience in projects or involvement in UAT is a plus
