IT Monitoring Control - Responsible for global monitoring of applications via post incident reporting analysis

• Frequent contact with SLA manager in Paris to clarify the scope for quaterly reporting

• Collect and analyse provider’s data to assess their compliance to CA-CIB norms and standards
• Control that outsourced structures respect the mandatory processes

Other responsibilities

• You will be contributing to the project assistance and the monitoring of offshore activities
• Participate in governance meetings to monitor the risks and assess the quality of the collaboration between onshore and offshore
• Define, promote and enforce operating guidelines and best practice
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to client.

Job Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree

- Previous relevant experience in PMO and/or vendor management in a banking environment

Duties

• Process invoices, payment requests and reimbursement claims accurately within the stipulated timeframe and in accordance to internal procedures and compliance with tax regulations.
• Follow up actively with the relevant parties to resolve problematic invoices, including sending periodic reminders to vendors to act on disputed invoices.
• Liaise with vendors and users to facilitate prompt processing of invoices including those under Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA).

• Train and guide junior staff and assist in resolving difficulties encountered by them.
