Responsibilities

• Onboarding of clients (customers & financial institutions)
• Work closely with front office on documentations required for account opening to ensure completeness
• Liaise with relevant team for the setting up of account in the system
• Maintain customer documentation both in hardcopy and imaging file
• Conduct KYC/AML/CFT checks on new client and periodical review on existing client
• Maintain and update client database, ensure data are accurately recorded in the system

Looking for individuals for our Junior Book Keeper position, no experience required, on-job training will be provided.

1. To carry out basic Book Keeping duties, logging data of purchases and sales.

2. To ensure that Accounts Books are kept neat and easy to check.

3. Prepare for Payables and Receivables and record them into the books.

4. Coordinate and prepare for quarterly tax submissions.

5. Manage Financial Statements and Documents.

6. Assist Accounts Manager on necessary works.

7. Be able to work under pressure.

• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all works including all civil and architectural works, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, irrigation and sewer system, commuters facilities, road works, trial trenches and utilities diversion etc.
• To coordinate the contractor, AC, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc for the works
• To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structure, formwork support systems systems and gantry crane and submit evaluation report endorsed by a PE
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• To supervise the installation of instrumentation
• To supervise sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc
• To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations
• To review Contractor's design and supervise all works associated to micro-tunneling and mining, Flyover works, sewer diversion (including shaft construction and pipe-jacking operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
• At least 4 years’ of experience, of which 3 years experience in either geotechnical works or airport construction.
• Possess a valid RTO cert by IES Singapore

Responsibilities

• Handle and process incoming and outgoing calls.
• Provide information to guests on enquiries with regards to the services in the resort.
• Assist and follow up on calls, including coordination with different departments.
• Ensure all calls are handled promptly and professionally.
• Knowledge of Chinese dialect is essential to provide assistance to our Chinese guests.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years’ experience in Call Centre.
• Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with the ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances.
• Able to perform shift work, including working on weekends and public
• Proficiency in Chinese dialect to communicate fluently with Chinese guests.
