As a Trainee Officer (Baggage), you will supervise baggage operations to ensure baggage are dispatched to aircraft in a timely manner as per airlines' requirements or stipulations by the aviation authority.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange for payments daily.

• Verify supplier invoices and posting into system.

• Monthly local / overseas vendors reconciliation.

• Checking / Reconciliation of intercompany transactions.

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Filing related payable supporting documents into system.

• Check & tally bank reconciliation for accounts during month end.

• Timely management of key accounts requirement.

• Liaise with external auditor and attending queries when needed.

Requirements:

• Candidates who have no experience but are keen in an accounting career are welcome to apply

• Relevant field of studies preferred
