Administrative Support

· Liaise and communicate with Ministry HODs, Leaders and Council Members and on operational matters, supporting them administratively when necessary;

Job Description

This role is responsible for sales activities of ICT products and services to Japanese corporate accounts in Singapore.

Responsibilities

· To search and explore new business opportunities with

Japanese companies.

· To negotiate tender and contract terms.

· To monitor and review own sales performance to

achieve the target.

· To liaise with other members of the sales team and

technical experts.

Requirements

· Approximately 5 years or more of ICT sales experience

with Japanese corporate clients.

· Good understanding of ICT technologies and

applications.

· Strong business acumen with strong interests in keeping

up-to-date with current technologies.

· Good presentation skills.

· Confident and capable to work independently and in a

team.

· Both English and Japanese languages high proficiency,

oral and written, to liaise with clients and business

associates.

Our client has emerged as a thriving provider of lubricants to the Marine Industry, serving over 1,000 ports across 800 countries. They have established a global presence with 10 service centers strategically located around the world. They are actively looking to hire an Accounts Executive to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of accounts payable function includes handling high volume of supplier invoice
• Ensure the transaction is comply with company policies, procedures, and approval processes
• Daily uploading incoming invoices into AP system
• Maintain monthly suppliers SOA reconciliation
• Maintain good relationship with internal and external suppliers
• Participate in any ad hoc projects/ tasks as assigned

The Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• LCCI intermediate level with minimum 5 years of Accounting experience is good to have
• Proficient in MS Office Excel (Familiar with excel formula and Pivot table)
• Knowledge of invoice administration and procedures
• Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
• Attention to details and high accuracy in work
• Good command in written and spoken English to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders
