Job Description

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients.
• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Setup charts of accounts for new accounting clients
• Record receipts and payments in accounting software
• Prepare month-end payments and online banking transactions.
• Responsible for month-end closing process and preparation of monthly financial report for management purposes.
• Prepare GST report and filing.
• Update cashflow report
• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
• Preparation of XBRL submission
• Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (eg.Form IR8A)
• Liaise with banks for the opening and closing of clients’ bank accounts.
• Other related accounting assignments

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts preferred.
• Experience in professional firms is an advantage.
• Japanese language skill is an advantage
• Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
• Self-motivated and serious work attitude
• Detailed and customer-service oriented.
• A good team player

• Perform full spectrum of accounts receivable
• Responsible for timely and accurate billing of invoices, debit/credit note, etc.

As an Accounts Manager (Outsourcing), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the accounting team's workflow and performance.
• Review and finalize financial documents, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure all taxes, regulatory filings, and financial statements are submitted on time.
• Serve as the primary contact for client communications, delivering outstanding service and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Oversee team performance with a team size up to 8 members
• Mentor and guide team members to promote high performance and professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to all accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders.
• Any other ad duties as assigned by management.
