• To provide standing supervision as and when required by Contractors and/or as directed by the Architectural (QP) / SO Rep, and in compliance with the relevant Building Control Regulations.
• To assist the Architectural (QP) / SO Rep to verify reports and claims submitted by Contractors.
• Report on site safety, security and housekeeping matters.
• To attend to Contractor's queries and monitor works of Main Contractor, Sub-Contractors and direct Contractors/Suppliers at site, work with Arch Consult to respond in a timely manner and report any delays to Arch Consultant immediately.
• To inspect and take over completed works, report on defects and prepare list of defective works, sign off defects rectifications in preparation for handover of works.
• To cover the duties of the other RTO in his absence.
• To undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the Architectural (QP) / SO Rep.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Architecture or Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering from local Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing.
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as a Resident Technical Officer.
• Registered with IES/ACES Singapore for Resident Technical Officer's certificate for recent 5 years would be preferred.
• Has good working knowledge of Architectural and Interior Design finishing works and compliance to local Building Regulations
• Candidate must have a strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried out.
• Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A good team player
• Past work experience in Healthcare / Residential / Institutional projects is preferred.

Objective of role

Responsible the full AR functions for the organization as well as some book-keeping duties for assigned subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.
• Prepare invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
• Verify invoice discrepancies by and resolve customers’ invoicing issues.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending invoice reminders and statement of accounts to customers.
• Follow up on late and long outstanding payments with customers.
• Book-keeping duties with GST submissions.
• Assist Accounts Department with general admin duties.
• Assist in other reasonable duties as and when assigned.

Work Hours:

Monday to Thursday 6.00am to 3.00pm Or 9.30am to 6.30pm ( 30 minutes lunch)

Friday 6.00am to 2.30pm or 10.00am to 6.30pm ( 30 minutes lunch)

10. To perform any other duties assigned by the principal, Vice-principals, Operations Manager ao any other authorised officer.
