We are looking for a mature and responsible Accounts and Admin Executive to join us.

Roles & Responsibilities

. General office admin and maintenance of office. Oversee day-to-day functioning of office.

. Prepare quotations and tender documentation.

. Follow up on billing where required.

. Reconcile monthly banking statements with invoices, payment vouchers

. Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.

. Keep track of accounts, filing, update and keep track of client and projects data sheet for tracking of billing and of project reference.

. Prepare financial reports and statements

. Manage communication eg. emails and phone calls, etc

. Any other office related admin tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent

• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills

• Be able to prepare tender and quotation submission.

• Well-versed in accounting system and use of Microsoft office

• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.

• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working knowledge and experience

4 Days Flexi Work Week

4 Hours Per Work Day (1pm - 5pm)

Job Description

• Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including receivables and payables processing, general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and issue invoices, SOA, and credit memos in a timely manner.
• Filling and archiving of documents
• Responsible for month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Assist on monthly or quarterly reporting.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma in accounting related
• Strong proficiency in Accounting system (MYOB, Xero, Freshbooks) and MS office
• Minimum 2 year working experience in related field
• Fluent in English & Mandarin is a must due to client base

Our client is a prominent and reputable player in the manufacturing industry. There is now a need for the business to hire a driven and meticulous individual as their Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to support their finance and accounting team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in reviewing LC (Letters of Credit) drafts and officially issued Letters of Credit and offer feedback and advice to internal and external partners regarding the contents of LC drafts.
• Prepare LC checklists and submit them for approval, post approved checklists to the internal site and process all LC amendments as and when received.
• Disseminate information about amendments to various internal teams and third-party partners.
• Follow up with Logistics teams to ensure presentation documents required for LC presentation are in order and respond promptly to inquiries from internal teams regarding the status of orders associated with LC.
• Address internal and external inquiries about the status of LC and escalate non-routine questions to your superior.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of the function, internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external audit requirements.
• Process bank guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs) requested by customers and submit these requests for approval.
• Prepare quarterly bank guarantee reports, track and prepare monthly bank guarantee bank fees for payment consideration.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Trade Services or demonstrated equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent related work experience) with a focus on finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
