Qualifications:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a COO role with financial entities (Asset Management, Hedge Fund etc) regulated by MAS, along with at least 5 years of experience as an Asset Management Operations Manager.
• Work experience in the Singapore asset management industry, with priority given to those who have successfully applied for A/I LFMC.

• Engagement with tenants for participation (promos, deals, physical activations) in upcoming campaigns
• Engage and train tenants in Suntec+ onboarding, including basic program training.
• Response to in-bound causal leasing enquiries for atrium space through online platform
• Follow up on leasing leads for pushcart and vending machines
• secure booking of pushcarts and vending machines, subject to approval of merchandise category by Revenue team (KPI: Closing rate).
• Site walk and inspection of vendor operations.
• Assist with tenant liaison for the following:
• i) Calls to tenants to promote lease of Space & Ad Sites (KPI: Call rate and leads churned)
  ii) Engagement with tenants for participation (promos, deals, physical activations) in upcoming campaigns
  iii) Engage and train tenants in Suntec+ onboarding, including basic program training

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality, Marketing Communication or Business Administration
• Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and a team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for service
• Be on the departmental standby roster and be present for duty if required, unless excused due to valid extenuating reasons.
• Able to perform rotating shifts and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Full sets of AP and AR processing
• Prepare monthly reports, journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliation
• Assist with the processing of payment invoices
• Ensure invoices, entries and reports are properly recorded and processed in accordance to regulations and policies.
• Input entries into SAP system
• Assist in any additional accounting administrative work
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Revenue Control Officer

The Role

• The purpose of the role is to process transactions relating to work in progress and billing under the direction of the Revenue Control Manager.
• Reports to the Revenue Control Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Perform transfers of time and disbursements.
• Update billing status of matterts and input estimates for reporting purposes.
• Chase up/delete of outstanding pre-bills.
• Ensure approved invoices are sent out to the clients before month-end.
• Issuance of credit notes where applicable.
• E-billing of invoices as and when required.
• To liaise with billers in other offices on billing for associated matters.
• Where time has not been recorded, follow up with lawyers concerned.
• Support lawyers on their queries or requests for matters' status.
• Provide cover for other team members in their absence.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills and Experience Required

• 3 years' working experience with relevant experience in finance, preferably from a legal or professional service or finance service sector.
• Strong technical skills including strong working knowledge in Excel, Word and a billing system (SAP preferred).
• Should possess drive and persistence to facilitate meeting office targets and deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to keep calm under work pressure.
• Strong team player.
• Should be flexible in working overtime as and when required.

Job Description:

• Liaising with the Site Management or Property Owners to ensure that work is carried out smoothly with minimal inconvenience caused.
• To deal with requests and handling complaints, conflicts and feedback pertaining to the project. (E.g. From the Public, Site Management and/or Property Owners)
• Ensuring that work carried out at the site is in accordance with the requirements by the Management or Property Owners.
• Preparing and sending annexes, letters or reports to the relevant Authorities as and when needed.
• Ensure that notices are put up at the sites to keep the public informed of the works being carried out.
• Perform daily administrative support relating to the sites' operations.
• Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirement:

• Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry.
• Meticulous and attentive to details.
• Able to work well independently and in a team.

Job Scope:

• Repacking of goods received into customized smaller packs
• Loading and unloading goods from delivery vans or lorries
• Checking that the correct quantity and type of goods have been received
• Recording any damaged, missing or faulty goods
• Moving the goods to the correct area in the warehouse
• Using Computerized systems, barcode scanners and other technology to record goods movement
• Support warehouse operation
