a) Plan website weekly updates for feature banners, small banners and promotion page

b) Updates social media marketing channels, content, campaigns and day-to-day activities

c) Curate relevant content to reach the audience most likely to engage, work with and/or advocate on behalf of our brand.

d) Grow engagement, reach, referral traffic and conversions through proactive organic and paid campaigns and management

e) Analyze social media campaigns and make recommendations for changes

f) Implement best practices for social listening, uploading, tagging, reporting, and optimization of channels

GENERAL TASKS:

a) Timely execution planned promotional activities

b) Generate monthly marketing reports to management when needed.

c) Monitor and report expenses and ROI on all marketing activities

d) Administrative matters include team attendance updates, performance reviews and invoice approvals.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:

1. Minimum tertiary education
2. At least 2 years experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
3. Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
4. Creative and innovative, with good analytical skills
5. Customer centric mentality and possess good written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
6. Strong problem solving skills with high emotional intelligence

Your responsibilities shall include the following:

· Provide excellent customer service and experience

· Handle transactions using point of sale system

· Assist in inventory management and perform regular stock checks

· Stacking, displaying and replenishment of product on shelves

· Daily housekeeping duties
