• Provide scheduling and secretarial support to Director of the Clinical Research Unit
• Managing calendars of the Director, process claims and payments
• Assist with travel arrangements for work-related trips.
• Provide administrative support to the department such as purchases, maintain and track departmental assets and loan items.
• Coordinate departmental meetings and minutes writing, maintain proper filing system in the department
• Assist with archival of documents, manage mails and courier
• Provide grant administration support as necessary
• Assist with organizing research-related events such as Forums, Workshops.
• Provide secretariat support to various research initiatives
• Assist with generating reports and data as necessary for research projects and KPI tracking.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
