• Conduct research and in-depth data tabulations and processing to address project needs
• Conduct and review data collection, processing and management of data, to generating tailored reports
• Management of projects and timelines
• Stakeholder management: Work with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., academics, consultants and research companies) on selected projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Economics or other related disciplines
• Experience in conducting literature reviews
• Experience in processing and managing datasets, and proficient in at least one statistical/ data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R, Python)
• Prior experience in designing, conducting or managing surveys would be an advantage
• Strong project management and communication skills
