Duties

• Perform filing, data entry, manage correspondence, and email communications.
• Maintain office equipment and supplies, including postage records and franking credits.
• Handle and distribute mail, arrange courier services, and maintain records of car park tickets and newspaper articles.
• Assist with office meetings, lunch events, and gift arrangements during festive seasons.
• Manage the front desk, greet guests, handle inquiries, manage meeting room bookings, serve drinks, and provide technical support for meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” level and above
• Min 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity
