• Data entry of incoming stock

• Communicate with suppliers on performed deliveries

• Assist team with data entry in system

• filing/ Saving of data (paper and digital)

• receive equipment from customers and send out to suppliers for service

• Prepare Picking List.

• Call and inform customers on delivery status.

Job Scope :

· Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely delivery.

· Coordinate with the logistics team to manage inventory and delivery schedules.

· Verify and validate sales orders to ensure completeness and accuracy.

· Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information regarding products, prices, and availability.

· Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications:

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
