Overall Responsibilities:

• Support the main classroom teacher in the implementation of daily programs to facilitate learning.
• Work with groups of students under the teacher’s direct supervision.
• Supervise the playing of educational games.
• Work with students who have varying degrees of learning support needs.

• Prepare work and activities in accordance with the objectives set by the teacher.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and train NDT technicians, manage schedules, and ensure team performance.
• NDT Methods: Implement and oversee advanced testing techniques (e.g., Ultrasonic, Radiographic, Eddy Current) and maintain equipment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to testing standards, analyze results, and prepare reports.
• Client & Project Management: Coordinate with clients, plan projects, and manage resources.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Integrate new technologies and improve testing processes.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Manage budgets, procure equipment, and document results for audits.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of various NDT techniques and principles.
• Management Skills: Ability to lead a team, manage projects, and allocate resources effectively.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ASNT Level II or Level III, or equivalent qualifications in NDT.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific standards (e.g., ASTM, ASME, ISO 9712).
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, analyze test results, and generate reports.

• Partner with the Head of Department to understand business complexities by aligning with business objectives, developing resourcing strategies, and delivering hiring plans
• Perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, interview, selection, offer, and negotiation, to onboarding of new hires for middle management positions

Job Requirements:
