The Technical Cooperation Directorate collaborates with local and international partners to design, organize and showcase capacity-building courses and training programmes under the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) to share Singapore’s expertise and developmental experience with foreign government officials.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the revamp of the SCP website, including vendor management, ensuring that the product adheres to requirements and guidelines, and project is on schedule.
• To support publicity work for SCP programmes under the branch’s portfolio, including creating publicity content for work done in-house, and managing vendor for work that is outsourced.
• To support the ops officers on assigned logistical, operational and administrative arrangements for planned courses and study visits under the Branch’s portfolio.
• To support the Branch’s procurement and finance processes, as assigned, for the smooth running of SCP programmes under the branch’s portfolio.
• To assist in maintaining proper digital and hardcopy records of documents.
• To help oversee the SCP mailbox, as assigned.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Requirements and Skills

• Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Creative thinker with good attention to details
• Knowledge of and familiarity with social media platforms
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work under direction as well as independently
• Adept at Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Some project management and admin experience are preferred
