Location: Upper Boon Keng Road

Working Hours: 9am to 7pm/12pm-10pm

(1hr break) 5 days roster

Salary: $2k-$2.5k

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing Operations: Assist in daily marketing tasks to ensure smooth operations and department efficiency, taking on ad hoc duties as needed.
• Social Media Engagement: Assist in managing inquiries and content across our social media platforms, including Facebook, to attract and grow our online community.
• Enhance Customer Relations: Maintain and update our CRM database for accurate customer information, helping facilitate effective communications.
• Live Stream Coordination: Assist various live streaming activities, including order fulfilment, stock transfers, and more
• Resolve Customer Queries: Address customer questions and complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction with effective solutions.
• Prepare Product Lists: Update product listings for various marketing campaigns, showcasing our offerings to attract potential customers.
• Event Support: Provide administrative support for local events and roadshows, contributing to their successful execution.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: Fresh grads or candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, familiarity with social media platforms, and basic CRM knowledge. Experience with live streaming or event coordination is a plus.
• Attributes: Proactive, organized, and customer-focused, with a creative flair and a keen eye for detail.

Assistant Cook Job description

The assistant cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer. Previous experience in a team environment and various cooking methods preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations

• Preparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.

• Roti prataflour mixing

• Making Varieties of RotiPrata (egg prata, Bananprata, coin prata,etc.,)

• Making Varieties of Dosai (Masaladosai, Ravadosai,Plaindosai, specialdosai,Geedosai. etc.,)

• Making Chappathi and Chappathi flour mixing

• preparation of south indian& north indian curies

• Taking orders from wait staff or computerized system

• Cooking order according to food health and safety standards

• Recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes

• Handling multiple food orders at one time

• Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive

• Dressing order for presentation

• Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides

• Delivering food order to wait staff in a timely manner

• Storing all food properly

• Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils

• Reordering stock and food supplies

• Monitoring other cooks and team members

• Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed
